Trail Conditions
Blue Hills Trail CONDITIONS
Pretty good hiking despite intermittent rainy weather - anticipate soft trails, some areas fairly damp. Biking is best on the West Side where many of the trails are drier.
Grasses are fairly short (about a foot tall).
Bring insect repellant, mosquitoes are plentiful.

Meeting called to order
by Sam Behrends, president, at 7:00 p.m at warming house at the trailhead of the Blue Hills Trail.

Objectives
Update signing privileges for our checking account (Superior Choice Credit Union in Bruce, WI) and our online savings account (First Internet Bank)
New Business:
Due to the election of new officers in May 2019, we need to update the signing privileges on our bank accounts. Currently Ron Jasperson and Tom Paulsen have signing privileges.
Since Tom Paulsen (secretary / treasurer) handles the banking, his signing privileges will continue as long as he's an officer of the organization. A second individual (officer) needs signing privileges in the event Tom is unavailable.
In May 2019 Ron Jasperson was replaced as president by Sam Behrends. Tom Paulsen will contact Superior Choice Credit Union (checking account) and First Internet Bank (online savings account) with instructions to remove Ron Jasperson's signing privileges, and add signing privileges for Sam Behrends.
