Objectives

We need to update the signing privileges at each of our three bank accounts: Superior Choice Credit Union, Ladysmith Federal, First Internet Bank.

Background

Sam Behrends (president) will complete his term of office within a couple months. Sam is moving out of the area, and he needs to be removed as a listed signer at two of our bank accounts (Superior Choice Credit Union and First Internet Bank). Ron Jaspserson (past president) needs to be removed as a listed signer at Ladysmith Federal and Superior Choice Credit Union.

Tom Paulsen (secretary/treasurer) has signing privileges at our bank accounts. John Waldron (vice president) needs to be added as a listed signer for Superior Choice Credit Union and Ladysmith Federal. Tom Paulsen will be the sole listed signer at First Internet Bank.

Tom Paulsen will arrange for John Waldron to have signing privileges at Superior Choice Credit Union and Ladysmith Federal. Tom Paulsen will have Sam Behrends and Ron Jasperson removed as listed signers.
